Our Policies for our Clients

- No refunds on services
- If you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days
- No gratuity on credit cards or checks (tips should be cash only)
- Health issue must be communicated prior to service
- We now require a $25.00 deposit when you make your appointment.
  This money will be used toward the price of your appointment.
  If you need to cancel, you will need to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment or the $25.00 will not be returned.
  This policy change is necessary to keep our door open.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
- Gift Cards are not returnable and can't be used if expired. Expired after One Year,
- Products cannot be returned
- Unless you have an appointment, you must be in the salon by 6:30 pm and a nail technician must be available for you to receive that day service.
- We suggest scheduling your next service prior to leaving the spa to ensure a preferred appointment.
- For consistent service, a standing appointment is recommended.
- We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal article
- Prices are subject to change.
- Please come 10 minutes early to select polish, etc.
